Meenakshi is a graduate in Commerce and Law, a qualified Company Secretary and an associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Meenakshi has over 17 years of experience in the areas of Secretarial, Corporate Compliance, Legal and Finance.
She started her corporate career in Indian Express as an Assistant Company Secretary to handle secretarial activities of all the group companies. During her stint in Cognizant Technology Solutions, she had experience in the fields of secretarial, legal, taxation and finance. She has also worked with TVS Infotech as Company Secretary and in Fox Mandal – a Law firm; she was leading the Secretarial function. She had exposure to SEBI and NBFC compliances during her association with Cholamandalam – a part of Murugappa Group as Assistant Vice President and Hinduja Leyland Finance as Company Secretary.
Currently, she is handling compliance and research matters as Director – Corporate Laws in M/s. DVS Advisors LLP.
